This white water rafting session is held on brilliant man made rapids which means the course is going to be as good as possible. It takes strength and determination to navigate a path through this course but in return you get one of the best experiences around.
This is an excellent activity gift idea for anybody who like the outdoors, extreme sports or who just like a challenge.
This rafting experience begins with a short safety briefing and a bit of tuition on your paddling technique but before long, under the guidance of a qualified instructor the participants can then take to the water. This is a 2 hour session which can include up to 5 trips down the rapids in the inflatable rafts.
The total session lasts around 2 hours which includes getting kitted up and a briefing.
This white water rafting activity gift is available mainly on weekdays but also some weekend dates between March and October
This event is subject to appropriate weather conditions.
Family and friends can come along to watch if they would like.
This experience is not suitable for people who may be pregnant. There is a maximum weight limit of 15 stone, this isn't always suitable for glasses or contact lenses wearers and please advise the centre if there are any medical conditions they should be aware of.
All participants must be at least 18 year old.
Everybody taking part must be able to swim at least 50 meters and be reasonably fit. A disclaimer must be signed prior to the event.
The maximum group size is 8.
