Zorbing is one of the newest sports around and has been causing a real buzz over the past few years. Strap yourself into one of these giant plastic hamster balls and roll down a hill reaching speeds of up to 30mph. The sphere itself is usually made up of two plastic balls, one inside the other leaving a good 50cm gap between yourself and the floor.
