An abseiling experience is a really fun activity gift, it's easy to get started and when it's all over the participants are all left with a great sense of achievement. This venue is based around a thirty foot tower which the guests descend vertically from, attached to safety ropes of course and under the watchful eye of expert instructors at all times.
All safety gear and equipment is provided and the day will begin with a full safety briefing as you might expect, then it’s on to the wall for the real challenge. The main areas to be covered during this event are safety awareness, confidence testing and for those who really get the hang of it and are feeling really brave they can even try abseiling blindfolded!
As outdoor experiences go an abseiling activity gift is a really fun way to spend an afternoon, it isn't too extreme, like white water rafting for exampl, it's something which can be picked up fairly quickly and easily and of course if the participants want to add to the excitement they can also put the blindfold on.
This abseiling experience gift lasts around two hours.
This event is available from March until November.
Use of the centre, all equipment and safety gear, expert instruction.

Wear loose fitting clothing.
Participants must be able bodied and have a reasonable level of health. The weight limit is 16 stone.
The minimum age for this activity is 10 but under 18's must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian.
