The vineyard experience for two is a fantastic gift for wine lovers where they will learn all about the process of wine making along with sampling some quality produce. The perfect gift to compliment a romantic weekend away.
The vineyard tour includes lessons on how vines are grown on a commercial scale, the history of the vineyard, wine making in the UK and the estate's history. A full tour of the winery is included where wine is sampled from selected tanks and current vintage tastings.
Once the tour is complete, a full buffet lunch is served along with a complimentary bottle of wine that can be taken away as a souvenir. Please note that programmes vary between locations.
The vineyard tour lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours.
Bookings can be made from May to October on selected Monday to Friday dates, with the odd weekend date for some locations.
This activity is an outdoor event, therefore temperatures may be cooler.
Unfortunately family and friends are unable to attend on the day.
General fitness is required as there is some walking involved.
The participants must be aged 18 years and over to take part in this activity.
No previous qualifications or experience are necessary.
This gift certificate is for two people but there may be up to 49 other people in the tour group.
