This fantastic Italian cookery course is held in the famous Bertinet Kitchen, set up and operated by the famous French chef of the same name. Guests here will learn some of the techniques needed to cook some of their favourite dishes or to improve on the food which they already prepare at home. The lessons taught here are designed to be fun and relaxed while also leaving the participants with a wealth of knowledge and the ability to recreate the delicious dishes at home. The venue itself is a purpose built establishment set up in 2005 with the simple aim of passing on the skills of this very talented chef to the public.
