This fantastic chocolate making gift experience will surround them with as much gourmet chocolate as they could possible dream of along with allowing them the chance to really get their hands dirty! A tantalising taste experience which is a must for every chocoholic at Easter!
At the Manchester location the introductory chocolate taster course allows the chocolate lover to get up close and personal with their favourite food where they will be educated about the art of chocolate making and even get to have a go at creating their very own delicious delicacies! The gift experience includes making a chocolate teddy bear which forms the centrepiece for handmade truffles. This will all be achieved through the expert guidance of the chocolatier!
At the London location the process from bean to bar along with the origins of chocolate are explained in detail. This can then be put into practice by making a wide range of gorgeous treats ranging from fudge to truffles and praline. Cookery skills will then get put to the test as the chocolates are cut, dipped and decorated. All under the supervision of the skilled chocolatier. The final result will be a fabulous ribbon tied box full of luxury home made chocolate treats, along with detailed chocolate recipes to provide a lifelong supply!
The whole workshop will last between 2.5 to 3 hours.

The chocolate making workshop is an indoor activity so there is no need to dress according to the weather.
Unfortunately there is no opportunity to bring along friends or family on the day.
If the voucher holder has recently been unwell with a stomach upset it is advised that they do not attend. It is important to inform of any disabilities or pregnancy and no food or wine allergies. Upon booking, please inform if diabetic or vegetarian.
The introductory course does not require any previous experience, guidance will be provided throughout the workshop.
The workshop will include other class members on the day.
