It's difficult to beat the sensation of complete vertical flight as the helicopter takes to the sky for ten minutes of pure heli-heaven! A truly exciting and unforgettable gift experience for all.
The helicopter flight starts with a warm welcome and brief by a member of the specialist team where the lucky participants are given the opportunity to see and hear the modern helicopter up close.
Then it's time to step aboard and take flight where the helicopter gracefully climbs to over 1000 feet and accelerates to over 120mph. A headset is worn at all times in order to communicate with the pilot, swooping over the landscape and finally settling gently back on the ground.
The flight lasts for 10 minutes.
Available on selected dates throughout the year.
This is an outdoor activity which is dependent on the weather forecast.
Family and friends are welcome to attend on the day to watch the flight.
There is a maximum weight limit of 114kg (18 stone). This activity may also not be suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or who have heart or medical conditions. Please consult a doctor if in any doubt before purchasing this gift certificate.
Suitable for anyone 12 years and over.
