This page is a brief explanation of some of the questions our customers ask us on a regular basis. If you cant find the answer you are looking for here then please do not hesitate to contact us directly.



  • How do I buy one of your experience gifts?

  • Take a look around our website and find the experience gift which is right for you, we have loads to choose from but they are all separated into easy to navigate sections. You can also search by location to find an activity centre near you or even by gift recipient.

    Once you have the perfect activity, select "add to basket", then when you are finished shopping simply visit the checkout by clicking the button at the top right of the screen and follow the simple on screen instructions.



  • How safe is it to buy online from Wow Activity Gifts?

  • Very safe, because we use a designated payment provider, Sage Pay, we never actually see your card details ourselves at any time. Also, we will never use your personal details for any other purpose than those set out in our privacy policy.



  • Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, to keep our costs and subsequently our prices low, we can't accept payment by cheque.



  • What will I actually receive through the post?

  • You will receive a stylish gift voucher pack which will make an ideal present for anybody. You have the option to personalise the pack as well and this comes complete with all of the information the recipient needs to book their activity.



  • I'm not sure which date the gift recipient would like, is this a problem?

  • This is no problem, as all of our gift vouchers are not date specific, they are open for nine months from the date of purchase. Upon receiving the paper work all you need to do is find a date that's right for you and call the number provided to book in.



  • I have a gift pack, how do I redeem this?

  • Call the phone number on your paper work to check available dates and book your experience.
