Activity Description - Coasteering Weekend

Coasteering is a new, high adrenalin sport, not for the faint hearted!

So what is Coasteering?
Well you can expect any of the following - climbing, jumping, swimming, swirling, plunging, slithering, diving, gurgling, splashing, clambering and relaxing. Plus the odd bit of cliff jumping!

The event takes place off the Pembrokeshire coast where in addition to Coasteering on Saturday you will spend Sunday enjoying a coastal hike along some of the most stunning coast line in the UK.

Staying at a cosy timber lodge on the edge of North Pembrokeshire coastline you will find the terrain perfect for the action-packed sport of Coasteering.

Following your safety briefing our fully qualified instructors will issue you with safety equipment, (wet suits, helmets and floatation jackets), and discuss techniques that you will be using during your session.

Whether the sea is dead calm and reflecting the suns rays like a mirror or raging and boiling as the waves pound the cliffs base, a superb coasteer can be guaranteed. With the emphasis on cliff jumping, wave dodging and rock traversing, (depending upon conditions), no two coasteers are ever the same!

Be warned: Coasteering is highly addictive and an essential experience for any really active people searching for a once in a lifetime rush.

If you've 'been there done that' with White Water Rafting and Bungee Jumping you'll find Coasteering the Pembrokeshire coastline provides a new and refreshing slant on adventure! Saturday night can be spent relaxing in the spacious lodge or conservatory or possibly heading round the corner to the village pub may be a more relaxing option. On Sunday you will undertake a coastal hike in the world renowned Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path. Unwind amidst the spectacular cliff top scenery - it's the perfect accompaniment to the adrenalin charged activity of Coasteering.

What's Included:
This two day package includes instruction from our fully qualified instructors. Saturday will be spent Coasteering and on Sunday morning you undertake a coastal hike.
All equipment and instruction is included plus two nights accommodation, (room sharing), in a spacious 3 star lodge.
Home cooked food is provided from Friday night to Sunday afternoon and train station transfers on certain trains.
