A) Tell me more about the Vouchers:

Our Vouchers come in two forms, the ‘Open-ended or Flexible Voucher’ and the ‘Fixed Date Voucher’. Any activity can be purchased as a Voucher. For more information, click here.


B) Tell Me More About The Physical Appearance Of The Activity Gift Pack:

All orders arrive in an unmarked envelope containing an immaculately presented colour pack. The pack itself comprises a personalised gift certificate, gift voucher, maps and activity overview sheet detailing what to expect, what to wear and any relevant instructions. C) What About Hidden Extras?

There is nothing more annoying than hidden extras, which is why our packages include everything from safety equipment, overalls, instruction and any necessary memberships to governing organisations. (You will need to find your own way to the activity site and may need to supply your own meals see individual activity for details)


D) Are Spectators Allowed To Come?

Spectators are more than welcome and usually there is no additional charge. In some cases a nominal spectator payment may be required with the price usually covering the cost of food and refreshments. Spectators need to be booked in advance through the Gifts Team. You will find further information regarding this in your gift pack.
(Occationally an activity will not be suitable for spectators. Please see individual activity for details)


E) How Do I Buy An Activity Gift?

There are two ways to purchase your Gift Experience -

1. Online Purchase:
It couldn't be simpler. Go to the experience you want, hit the Add to Shopping Cart button, and follow the online instructions. When you have finished shopping select the Proceed to Checkout button at the foot of the page and follow the booking instructions from there.

Our site uses the strongest and most secure level of commercial encryption software currently available. So you can be sure when booking that your personal information or credit card details cannot be accessed by a third party.



When you submit your order we will immediately reply with confirmation of your order via email giving you a unique order number and reference. Keep this email safe as it confirms your order with. Your order will then be dispatched within 3 working days.

We accept payment through MasterCard, Visa and Switch

2. Telephone Booking:
Over the telephone through our customer services team. This will cost 75p per minute – 09067 56 24 56.

F) When Will The Activity Gift Pack Be Delivered?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days by first class post. If you require a quicker dispatch or next day delivery contact the gifts team direct.
